Hi

I am trying to use the ms OCT to upgrade workstations from office 2003 to office 2010. when I create a new .msp package and try to run it, I gives me the windows Installer error "The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exissts on your computer and that you have the correct upgrae patch."

any ideas?
