Internet Explorer 9 opens and immediately closes

System: win7 x64 sp1

Iexplore version: both 32 & 64bit

64bit works with no problems.

When I try to open Iexplore 32bit seems to open and immediately closes.

Things I've tried:

1. Running without addons

2. Reseting settings to defaults.

3. Uninstall/reinstall.

4. re-register .dll on c:\program files (x86)\Internet Explorer using regsvr32 (some of them fail to register).

5. nothing is being logged on event viewer.

6. No malware detected.Tried with different kind of antiviruses.

Any suggestions?
