Guest West Branch Bum Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 OUTLOOK 2010 ADDRESS BOOK MISSING. When I go to the find box in outlook 2010 and click on Address Book tab, There are NO address books listed. I then right click on the desired contact folder, select properties and then on Address Book. But the checkbox for using this folder in my address book tab is grayed out and can't be checked. I have tried deleting the mail account and reinstalling to no avail. My mail is a hotmail account. This a new install and the issue doesnot exist on another user on this machine. I am running Windows 7. I used easy transfere to import the contacts list. Any advise will be much appreciated. Continue reading... Quote
