I have Pqckqrd Bell laptop zith faulty key boqrd each tiey ask for inforqtion via web. they refuse because y key board gives faulty info. I am in a catch 22 sitution

Can any body help or offer advise. I have q packard bell easy note lap top. 4yeqrs old. snid 84700532965. ser. pb94e09802847014D16500.

To make things a little more difficult I am a Englishan in France.
