Posted February 23, 201213 yr While running the utorrent setup guide, I get a msg: Results: Speed test failed. Data Send error: A local networking problem closed the connection. (10053) This happens in all versions of utorrent I have ever used. Running xp sp3. I've been all over the place and have yet to find a solution plus the solutions all seem to point to different things (caused by winsock, caused by my router, caused by firewall, etc....)
