How can you remove the ability to do Anytime Upgrades in Home Premium?

Since gpedit.msc is missing in Home Premium, this is probably going to involve a registry edit. However, the old key apparently doesn't work anymore.

Can anyone tell me how to completely disable/remove the Windows Anytime Upgrade option/ability from a Windows 7 Home Premium install? I've already deleted the icon, but I want to disable/remove the link in the About this Computer property page.

Thanks!
