Hi,

I have 2 problems with Hotmail and IE8.

1. IE8 has not been signing me out of Hotmail for a while. Have done what had been suggested and have Hotmail on secure. No change. Google Chrome has no problem signing me out.

2. My sister was unable to send me an email today but was able to send emails to other Hotmail accounts. The error message she got is pasted below

The following message to was undeliverable.

The reason for the problem:

5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-"SC-004 (COL0-MC2-F36) Unfortunately, messages from 202.37.100.104 weren't sent. We recommend that you contact your Internet service provider. The problem is that too many unwanted messages have been sent from the following IP address above. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors."

550 SC-004 Mail rejected by Hotmail for policy reasons. A block has been placed against your IP address because we have received complaints concerning mail coming from that IP address. We recommend enrolling in our Junk Email Reporting Program (JMRP), a free program intended to help senders remove unwanted recipients from their email list. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your Email/Internet Service Provider for help.
