Logging In to Free PC Help Forum Has Changed

Toshiba Laptop Checkup. Checked out O.K. with Microsoft Security Essentials. Should I run it?

I have a program that came up on my Toshiba Laptop that says it's Toshiba Laptop Checkup and asked for my permission to run it. Did so and then was wondering if this was what I should have done because after checking it's original applicaton says it's part of Norton's PC Checkup. My Microsoft Security Essentials says that all the parts to this are secure. But wasn't sure if I still should allow it to run. What do you think?
