Sir,

I am using windows vista home premium service pack 2. I use microsoft essentials for protecting my computer.

For the past two days when I tried to make quick scan the computer shuts down. I tried to download malware bytes Anti malware trial version and made a quick scan. the scanning said no harmful things. Net is working fine. Kindly help me to solve this issue.
