The IE9 Tabbed Browsing Settings | Options Sheet is greyed out today. The Enable Tabbed Browsing option has been deselected therefore I cannot use Tabs (very frustrating)

Im unable to re-enable the tabbed browsing as the whole sheet is greyed out. Also cannot reset to defaults either. Nil changes were made to the PC overnight was switched off all night. Nil changes made to it yesterday either.

Anyone have any ideas on how to re-enable Tabbed browsing?
