Posted February 16, 201213 yr My Hotmail account gets hijacked from time to time and i think my ex-wife is behind it because she may sends a copy of my passport to the Hotmail team assuming that she is the account owner for password recovery, is there any way to solve this problem, is there any way to ask the Hotmail team not to accept my passport copy for recovery ?
