when i click clean or remove it says it has done this sucessfully. but when i try to visit any web pages the message appears again.exploitjs/balcolebw is the message. appreciate the help and thanks in advance.

 

On windows 7

 

ps not sure what beta means so just selected not beta to let me post this quiery
