looking a tool/utillity to customize the installation

I am looking a utility/tool like sysprep, which I can use with acronis/ghost imaging to customize application installation. which could give me an option to choose /select applications to install after installing Windows OS .For example I want to make a master image/package of win 7 including all applications like ....ms office, antivirus, DVD writer, photoshop etc. but when I will load on to a user's PC/laptop it should prompt me to choose from a list of available applications so that I could restrict the users to only licensed applications/software beside OS. This way I will be very productive and have a better control over application licenses . In other words instead of loading all applications pre built into image I will choose and install only desired applications on PCs. Does anyone know a tool/utility with such feature ?
