How do I create a Windows XP Kiosk

I am need of settnig up several hundred XP machines to run essentially as Kiosks allowing only one custom app. But some of them will need to exit the custom app using a super secret password and then drop into the regular XP shell.

I have been using GPOs and have several items enabled but right now the main prob I have is that once I exit my program I get nothing but a blue screen.

In my GPO, I added the auto logon information for the registry settings.

I enforced custom user interface and gave it the path to my EXE.

I removed the bottons from CTRL-Alt-Del so Cancel is the only option.

Like most people, these computers will be unsupervised and such. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
