I unkownlingly transferred this error thropugh my computer by trying to sign in as another user. Not knowing this error was there everytime I tried to transfer the word perfect files to the new user I was also transferring this error too. It must be in my computer duplicated 20 times or moire and I can"t reformat my disk and start from scratach again as I have too many documents that I* can't take the chance of loosing and even if I have to reinstall the software again this does not solve the problem.

I tried to cut and paste all the user files to the admini8strator account and then I was going to delete all of the other users but one, but GUESS WHAT? this error would not let me do that.
