Guest MariosKamperis Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 Hi everyone , First of all i have 4 hard drives disk 0 60 Gb disk 120 Gb disk 2 300 Gb disk 3 1 Tb . I had installed windows 7 on disk 2 , and after that i wanted to install ubuntu linux to the first disk 0 that couldnt be recongised from windows 7 due to the fact that it is a very old drive , after a clean installation of ubuntu on disk 0 i tried accesing windows 7 , without any luck , so I decided to install the windows again cause i wanted to have a "clean" computer , but when I inserted the windows cd and did a custom install , I had to chose the drive in which I wanted windows 7 to be installed , but every disk I chose gave me the folowing message preventing me from continuing the install and thus shuting down the process "setup was unable to create new system partition or locate an existing system partition. for more information see setup log files.
