I had a virus that I had trouble removing ,I finally got rid of it,but my microsoft security essentials got messed up in the process.I tried deleating the program was not able to do that.I received a message stating that I could not delete shell.dll. Ive tried to reinstall a new copy and everything seemed to go well.I downloaded it to my pc,but when I went to install it,A box appeared and it said I already had a version of it and had to delete it before I could install the new one.now I am back to square one.any help will be appreciated.
