I am experiencing frequent crashes of IE9 and feel that my installation of same may be corrupted. I have redownloaded IE9 however, the installation of same was rejected saying that the version that I already have is a newer version than the downloaded version. Looking for my previously installed version of IE9 in Programs and Features, I am unable to locate it anywhere in my list of installed programs and consequently, can not uninstall it. I am using a 64bit version of Windows 7 on my Desktop PC. Any assistance would be appreciated and Thanks in advance for same.
