Posted February 8, 201213 yr I have a client who can't see images in Outlook 2010 - the Trust Center is set to allow downloaded images, but they still don't show. They show up as a black outline - they aren't clickable/downloadable, nor is there a red x that might indicate a damaged file. The same issue occurs if he tries to send an HTML image. I have gone through all the settings I can think of and can't find anything that seems amiss. The system is running Windows 7, IE9, (was 8, didn't make any difference) Office 2010. Images can be viewed in IE which would seem to indicate that it isn't an IE issue. I have tried safe mode (both in Outlook and Windows), disabling add-ons, different profile in both Outlook and Windows user profile, different pst, repair, uninstall/reinstall, etc. Any ideas?
