Drop down list on IE9

Hello,

i have the following problem:

In my application (web service DotNet + Ajax) i return into a page a dropdown list with 300/400 items added.

Sometimes just on Windows 7 happens that the list can be normally open but it's impossibile to scroll and select items from it.

Another strange effect is the locked content of ddl changes color and becomes light blue.

Is it known a bug like this?
