How can I use Windows Intune v2 to deploy Office 365 Updates?

The problem I am having is with being able to push updates which I have got from the Microsoft Office 365 portal and saved on the network. Once saved there I can push them to all machines with Intune no problem, but they seem to go from being an .exe file on Intune to an .msp on the local computer. The Update does not run, it just sits there and so I would have to manually go round and run this .msp anyway.

Is there a way I can get this .exe file to push through intune and run silently on the local computer. I have tried various command lines but with no luck.

This is the command line I used to get it to the machine:

/extract:C:\365Updates /quiet

is the extract the problem, or do I need to use some sort of msiexec command line afterwards?
