Posted February 8, 201213 yr Media player won't play, it tells me to reinstall, then brings me to a place where I can download media player 11, then when I fallow all the prompts, it tells me I already have it. When I tried to deinstall/delete mine, it tells me I can't because I need permission. Any advice? Continue reading...
