Hi,

Our IT department are blaming a website development we have put in on user experiencing blue screen Stop Errors. After browsing google, I think most would say that it is not the cause and the fact that it only affects internal users and not external users adds further weight to the argument, I feel.

I was just wondering if there was any authority I can give in response rather than "I googled it and don't think it did" or, indeed, if there is a way in which the website could have caused it.

When I say "caused it" I do mean directly. I understand that the website can cause some software to run that would result in the error but I feel this would be the responsibility of the IT deaprtment to understand and resolve.

Regards
