My computer cannot find the Outlook file, so what do I do?

I just recently installed Office Professional Academic 2010 but when I try to access Outlook I get the message:

The file: C:Users\appdata\local\Microsoft\Windows\Burn\Burn\Outlook.pst cannot be found.

and then a couple of other errors after that and then the program shuts down. How do I go about accessing Outlook? All the other programs seem to work fine.
