not able to access my msn moey has a padlock on address bar

I am able to access all websites except my msn money. address bar containshttps://login.live.com/login.srf?wa=wsignin1.0&rpsnv=11&ct=1328581381&rver=6.1.6195.0&wp=MBI_SSL&wreply=https:%2F%2Flogin.secure.co1.msn.com%2Fwlsignin.aspx%3Fru%3Dhttp%253a%252f%252fmoney.msn.com%252fstocks%252f&lc=1033&id=250710 then a drop down bar in address then indicates Microsoft Corporation(US) with a padlock shown

All in address bar and when i try to sign in the address bar flickers and turns a dark green color with the indications that I have listed above. I just installed windows live essentials and the microsoft tech was able to check for malware and clean up, but still having this problem.

Please provide me a link or direction so I can bipass this probable security issue to access my msn money.
