Posted February 7, 201213 yr "Upgrading" from V7 to IE 9 (vista) with IE 9.exe already downloaded and filed-- Q1: Better to run the V9 application while online or offline? Q2: Run V9 with current IE browser still installed? Or uninstall (off line of course) first then run V9? No version upgrade implementation instruction could be found on the site?
