Missing IE V?-to-V9 upgrade implementation instructions.

"Upgrading" from V7 to IE 9 (vista) with IE 9.exe already downloaded and filed--

  • Q1: Better to run the V9 application while online or offline?
  • Q2: Run V9 with current IE browser still installed? Or uninstall (off line of course) first then run V9?

No version upgrade implementation instruction could be found on the site? Perhaps the extant version removal is implemented by V9 set up? Perhaps not.
