Posted February 6, 201213 yr MSE and Malaware won't start. I've checked services (through run...services) and it was set on automatic. I selected for the programme to start automatically and even manually but each time reverts to "stopped". I have no other conflicting virus software on my PC. MSE worked for a few months but this is the second time this has happened - the last time it happened I had to uninstall and reinstall. . Not sure I can trust it. Any way around this so it won't happen again as I've no protection? I have Windows 7 64bit and the PC is about 18months old. Continue reading...
