Change language on Windows 7 with a mandatory profile

Hello,

 

We are deploying Windows 7 in a school environment, the students come from different countries.

We have 2 languages available ( Dutch & English), we want that the students can change the language of Windows 7.

The problem is that we works with an mandatory profile and then it isn't possible to change the language, if we use an roaming profile then there is no problem to change the language.

Is there an sollution for this problem ?
