Posted February 5, 201213 yr Cannot install Service Pack1- 3.5 & Network 3.5 for version 2 - 3.5: Mr. Fixit finds' an error' and will not run. Have read much of the suggested fixes, but still have the problem. Paypal notified me that I have outdated software/security settings and am therefore at risk. . Any advice? Continue reading...
