Posted February 4, 201213 yr I have a 1 tb drive installed with Win 7 and i want to add an SSD drive for the o/s . Can I just remove the 1 tb drive and do a fresh install on the new ssd , adding the hd after ? My mb (sabertooth x79) also comes with an ssd drive cache feature ( marvell) . This involves connecting the hd and a second ssd drive to the marvell controller . I figure if i am going to move , may as well cache it . ? Continue reading...
