Posted February 4, 201213 yr Ie9 crashes spontanously when doing a Facebook PHOTO UPLOAD, upon opening the system's PICTURES folder. The behavior appears to be an incompatibility between PICTURES (which is a photograph folder with 'Date Taken') folder and uploading and it happens in many other web based uploads, not just Facebook. Unable to unhighlight 'Date Taken' in IE9 to see if that is the cause, I installed FIREFOX in customer's system and it does not experience the problem. Running current VISTA and IE9 releases with all patches as of 2/3/2012. Reinstalling Ie9 has no effect. Drive repair and various antialware solutions have no effect. ? Continue reading...
