suspension

hi

i have a problem with IE9 ever since i upated when i open some pages today there is suspension in all pages

use win 7 64bit i do the updates daily if there is an update i don't know what to do or whats the problem is

and there is an other problem the action center says this:

after the update for win 7 even though i have microsoft security essentials

what can i do to all that dose these 2 problem related to eachother
