New Folders don't Sync as Offline

I have set up Offline Files on a Desktop & Laptop. Everything works & Sync

fine. The only exception, is when a New Folder is created (on Desktop), as a

Child of a Shared, Sync'd Parent Folder. The new folder is not sync'd. When

the laptop is connected to the network, I can see them, open them whatever.

I can manually (right click-Make Available Offline) set them and sync, but I

need this to happen automatically.

 

Any ideas?
