Posted February 3, 201213 yr I continually get a code 10 in my device manager when I connect my samsung sch-i220. I cannot get a connection, so I cannot use active sync. I understand that code 10 is saying I do not have updated drivers for this but cannot find a driver that will work. Last time I connected the samsung handheld, it appears as a usb mass storage item, rather than a samsung handheld. What can I do to get connected?
