I just got an email 'from' Windows Live with a subject "ACCOUNT DE-ACTIVATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" and said that Windows Live had a database problem and many records were lost. My account had been inactivated and asked for account info including Name, User Name, Password, Date of Birth and Country. The message said that MS needed the information to rebuild my account.
