Server 2003 - Difference between Retail and OEM CALs?

I'm looking into purchasing Windows 2003 Server R2 Retail version. I've seen

plenty of sites selling the 5 or 20-pack User CALs OEM version for a bit less

than the Retail version of the CALs.

 

Is there any conflict with using OEM CALs on a Retail version of the server

OS, or should this be fine?
