Html File Icons in Windows Explorer are Default File Icons, Not HMTL Icons (Windows XP, SP3)

I am running Windows XP Home, SP3.

At some point, I think it was about a year ago, after some windows update, all of the HTML file icons in Windows Explorer changed from the regular "BLUE E" icons, to the default file icons. I have searched high and low for a way to get them back to the "BLUE E" icons. But so far, to no avail.

Can someone tell me what I can do to get the HTML icons back in windows explorer?

Thanks,

Sincerely,

GoldenEagles.
