Add Certificate into trusted root certificate

Hi,

I want to add certificate in IE9 using c#. I create exe file for it. but when I install than I got the error such as :

System.Security.Cryptography.CryptographicException: Access denied.

at System.Security.Cryptography.CryptographicException.ThrowCryptogaphicException(Int32 hr)

so plz.. can u guide me that how to solve this issue?
