Posted January 30, 201213 yr I have a Samsung Omnia2 (GT-i8000L) running on Windows 6 (or maybe 6.5). The Active Sync works well with Outlook and Excel. Word does not work. I have tried: 1. Active Sync - nothing happens 2. I have dragged Word .doc files from my PC into the My Documents folder of the Samsung (that is also where the Excel files which work are). When I click on the file name in GT-i8000\ . . . . . Documents\File Name the file opens identical to when I click on C:\ . . . .File Name. But when I try to open the file on my Samsung (it shows up in File Manager as File Name.doc) I get a line across the bottom of the screen showing it is loading but then the screen is blank except for an insertion point. I have tried with several file sizes with the larger files a scroll bar appears on the right but the screen is still blank.
