I HAVE RECENETLY UPGRADED MY VISTA TO WINDOWS 7. HOWEVER EVERY FIFTEEN MINUTES TIME INTERNET EXPLOERE COLLAPSING AND AGAIN NEED TO RESTART THE MACHINE. WHEN TROUBLESHOOT OPEN IT SHOWS PROXY SERVER ERROR.PLEASE ADVISE HOW TO CORRECT THE ERROR.
