All but I can not manually remove a particular program from the Add or Remove Programs tool.

I am using XP Pro. SP-3.

All but I can not manually remove a particular program from the Add or Remove Programs tool. The program is "Ulead VideoStudio 8.0"

The registry entry of the program given below within the quotation marks. I have run Microsoft FixIt (Diagnose and fix program installing and uninstalling problems automatically) and it confirmed it fixed the error successfully but as I have retried to remove said program from the Add or Remove Programs tool, it again reflected the same as earlier. The problem in removing this program still remained unresolved.

SYMPTOM:

AS I TRY TO REMOVE SAID PROGRAM FROM THE ADD REMOVE PROGRAMS TOOL, - INSTEAD OF OPENING "UNINSTALLATION PROGRAM", INSTALLATION PROGRAM RATHER OPENS AND ALSO ASKS FOR THE REGISTRATION KEY TO ENTER,

SO AS I ENTER THE REGISTRATION KEY, THE PROGRAM CONTINUES TO INSTALL BUT ENDS UP WITH A MESSAGE DIALOG BOX LIKE "THE PROGRAM IS ALREADY INSTALLED IN MY COMPUTER:"

SO I WILL HAVE NO OTHER OPTION LEFT BUT TO QUIT THE INSTALLATION (IT'S NOT AN UNINSTALLATION PROGRAM) WITH THE PROBLEM REMAIN UNRESOLVED.

NOW WHAT ELSE CAN I DO?
