Posted January 29, 201213 yr After installing Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 (Microsoft 2010 Lync) from my disk a pop up box appears that states I need to sign into Lync with my email address. I then click sign in and get a message that "cannot sign in because the server is temporarily unavailable.If problem continues please contact your support team". Have tried many times unsuccessfully. Same thing happened to my daughter who purchased the software from her university bookstore. Any solutions? Continue reading...
