Posted January 28, 201213 yr I have MS Vista Home Edition with service pak 2. Lately, when I attempt to close windows programs I receive a msg "Operation restricted contact system Administrator. For the past 5 days, I have searched the Internet for this problem and tried them all but nothing seems to work. I have completed several MS Essential "Full Scans" which showed no viruses or Malware infections. Do I need to reload Service Pak @ again? or is there another program that can assist in determining the problem? Continue reading...
