Does my windows security program ever expire, when I buy it with my computor?

I have had a company phone me and tell me that my windows security, that I bought with my computor has exspired. That I need to pay them to up date it. I

bought the computor in 2004, with Windows XP on it. It still gets updates, I think. They are telling me that they put microsoft replacements, the company is

was told that their head office is 3052 suite B Clarmount Dr. SanDeigo California 92117 USA. I can't find any info on this phone number, or address in the

Directory. Our city has been notified of phone scams, for computors, going into our computors, to fix things. They have called me 3 times, the last two times

they called from Washington,421-998-1533.
