Posted January 26, 201213 yr The user PC is Windows XP SP3 on the corp domain. He can only open about 18 windows at the same time. When trying to open more by clicking IE or My Computer icon, the window is not open. no error popup, no error in event log. CPU 2% usages, RAM 1.5GB/2GB usage. Any suggestion? Thanks.
