Hi,

I have created a customised Office 2010 install using OCT and am deploying using SCCM 2007 R3. Everything is working fine except one issue in Outlook 2010. In our environment, we need all users to use Exchange online mode due to the sensitive nature of our email. However, once it is deployed the account uses Cached Exchange mode. I have installed the OCT hotifx (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2545808) and re-saved the .msp file with the following changes after installing the hotfix.

Features/Modify User Settings/Microsoft Outlook 2010/Account Settings/Exchange/Cached Exchange Mode:

Use Cached Exchange Mode for new and existing Outlook profiles: Disabled

Cached Exchange Mode (File | Cached Exchange Mode): Disabled

Office 2010 is being deployed to a brand new Windows 7 machines deployed via SCCM 2007 OSD. We are not using USMT so no previous Outlook accounts or profiles are being brought across. When Outlook 2010 is launched for the first time it prompts for the Outlook 2010 Setup and creates the account via autodiscover. The account is then using cached Exchange mode. Is there any way I can get all new accounts to use Exchange Online mode?
