I have a brand new HP laptop with Windows 7 64bit installed. I am finding that all users even with administrator permissions are displayed a note ont he bottom of the personalization screen that states "one or more of the settings on this page has been disabled by the system administrator". Most of the options and all themes are grayed out and can not be selected. How do I correct this?
