İE 8 RESİNG PAGE PROBLEM

Hello,

İ've recently reinstalled my OS (W. XP SP3) on my laptop

and my problem is this:

Page resizing in İE8 does NOT work.Minimizing and closing pages is no problem.

İ have tried 'reset' and Mr Fix it',didn't solve the problem.

Oddly enough resizing the page on ESET'S Online Scanner's site is no problem,

however on every other site it doesn't work.

Uninstalling is not an option,so i was wondering of what else i could do?

Also,would installing İE8 again OVER the current installation of İE8,cause any problems?

Any advice or info would be appreciated.
