Posted January 22, 201212 yr I puchased Office 2010 Professional Pro through a Home Use program and received an order confirmation and product key via email. I downloaded the program and entered the product activation key I was provided and go the error message that said the product key was not valid. This is the first and only use of the product key. I cannot find any way to get phone or chat support to diagnose the problem. All attempts send me in circles. Any idea how to get support and resolve this issue? Continue reading...
