How do I get rid of Fraud.WindowsRecovery Malware?

Good morning. I have been infected with this malware. I have done a repair system disc I created, and a number of things but this malware is persistent. I can't see my folder, files, etc.

below is information I found on this but it means nothing to me. I can work programs but I know nothing (nor much) about hardware, computer terminology, etc so I need things explained simply to me please :)
